Features both large and small working distances: large-distance coarse positioning (750-1800mm) enables rapid workpiece scanning (600mm/s), while small-distance fine positioning (550-750mm) ensures precise weld seam recognition with deviation correction for accurate welding positioning.
Rapid Installation &Production Launch
With streamlined manpower, requiring only two operators and one hoister, the welding production of 10 robots can be completed efficiently within 24 hours. Compared to the traditional model, the installation period is significantly shortened, allowing the project to be put into production quickly, seize the market first, and start high-efficiency production.
Automated Slag Cleaning of the Welding Torch
The nozzle is cleaned after welding, leaving no residual welding slag; no manual intervention is required, avoiding downtime and increasing single-machine efficiency by 25%; the cleaning force is adaptively adjusted to protect the nozzle from damage and extend its service life by 30%; it is compatible with continuous welding, ensuring stable weld quality.
Extended Battery Life, Real-Time Water-Cooled Welding Torch
Real-time cooling of the welding torch allows for continuous 24-hour stable operation without performance degradation, eliminating frequent downtime. Dynamic temperature control achieves a repeatability accuracy of ±0.05mm.
The reduced heat-affected zone ensures highly consistent weld quality.
Welding torch life is extended by 2-3 times, significantly reducing the frequency of replacing vulnerable parts and lowering maintenance costs.
Intelligent System Customize Parameters
The intelligent control system allows for customizable parameter modeling, a built-in welding process library, and supports adding custom welding processes, as well as workpiece model fixtures. Welding process library parameters can also be flexibly adjusted, offering diverse settings to fully meet your individual needs, ensuring perfect welding every time and helping you overcome various challenges.
