The Guide Rail and Rack Adopt a Side-mounted Design

The Y-axis guide rail and rack feature a side-mounted design with sheet metal protection, which

effectively prevents collision or impact damage to the rack and guide rail during loading and unloading,

isolates slag and impurities, significantly extends the service life of core components, reduces floor

space, and improves site utilization.

The machine base is fabricated by mortise-and-tenon welding of extra-heavy steel plates. It adopts

stress-relief annealing technology and is internally equipped with reinforcing ribs and horizontal tube

supports, resulting in high structural strength and excellent stability.

The front station enables precise cutting of profiles such as angle steel and channel steel, while the rear

station performs plate processing simultaneously. One machine can replace two single-function cutting

machines, cutting procurement costs by half and saving 50% of workshop floor space. It adopts an

integrated structural design with a compact fuselage layout, and the stations support unlimited

extension.

It enables precise tool path compensation for flange plates and web plates, reducing thermal stress

deformation. It dynamically adjusts the cutting trajectory, resulting in smooth burr-free cutting

surfaces that can be formed in one step without grinding. This reduces the time spent on tedious

processes, improves processing efficiency, and saves labor costs.
