Extra-large Working Range
Equipped with a robot arm featuring an extra-long reach of 2000mm, the workstation realizes full coverage within a large operating radius. Multiple workpieces can be placed in arbitrary postures on the single worktable without fixed tooling. It delivers outstanding machining precision with standardized bevel forming and consistent root face allowance.

Extra-large Working Range
Fitted with a fully enclosed protective ground rail with an extra-long stroke of 11600mm, the equipment boasts a compact structure and small footprint with smooth travelling transmission. The ultra-long rail enables continuous flame bevel cutting for extra-long and oversized workpieces. It ensures stable consistency in mass production and greatly improves the production efficiency of large workpieces.

High-precision Line Laser Sensor
It adopts line laser to scan workpieces to realize non-contact positioning of cutting paths. It features compact mechanical size, wide field of view, high precision, fast recognition speed and stable performance under complex working conditions.

Line Laser 3D Camera
After initial positioning via built-in line laser scanning, accurate position data of workpieces can be obtained. The system intelligently plans cutting paths and precisely identifies workpiece contours. Intelligent algorithms optimize cutting trajectories to effectively reduce idle travel and greatly improve overall cutting efficiency.

Single Operator for Multiple Machines
The equipment features simple operation and low learning threshold. New operators can get proficient quickly after brief training. A single operator can monitor 3 to 5 machines simultaneously, cutting on-site labor demand by over 60%. It helps enterprises save comprehensive labor costs including salaries, accommodation management and pre-job training expenses.

Multi-Slider Stabilizing Device
Fitted with 4+2 sliding blocks at the bottom, the equipment weight is evenly dispersed via symmetrical arrangement. The design guarantees uniform load distribution on the upper ground rail, avoids running deviation arising from local overload, and maintains stable operation during prolonged working cycles. It preserves operational accuracy and significantly prolongs the overall service life.
